079 Call a Cab has been trading since 2005.

We are also known as Airport Transfers.

We provide a professional taxi service only using executive style vehicles at standard saloon prices.

We started up in the Cambourne area as we felt a service like we provide was needed. As Cambourne is some distance from all the main towns, we wanted to save customers the expense of calling for a taxi from Cambridge, St Neots or St Ives. We are based in Cambourne so are in a perfect location for all of the surrounding villages.

We have a fleet of saloon cars and also have 8 seater vehicles for larger groups.

All of our drivers are licenced and have passed Police CRB checks.

Our drivers also undergo various knowledge tests to provide our customers the best possible experience.

We cater for Local, Long Distance and Airport Transfers.

If you require us to collect you from an Airport we can either pick you up outside the terminal or we can offer a meet and greet service in the arrival lounge. The choice is yours.

Also unlike other companies in the area we do not charge extra for those early morning journeys. You could book us for 4:00am or 4:00pm, the price is the same. The prices we quote have no hidden charges.

If in the unlikely event another company quotes you a cheaper price, Just tell us the name of the company and what they quoted you and we'll aim to beat it.

Our company name also spells out our phone number to help customers remember us. If you look at your phone keypad, dial in our number as if you were writing a text message.
